Have you prepared your land for a bountiful elderberry harvest? What are your elderberry options if you haven’t?
For the second installment of our special Elderberry Workshop Series we’re hosting Taylor Clark of Boulder Berry Farms, located in southwest Ohio. Boulder Berry Farms offers USDA Certified Organic elderberries; fresh, frozen, dried, and freeze dried. They also have a herd of purebred KuneKune pigs, a docile grazing farm animal perfect for smaller homesteads. In late 2019, they cut their first rows of elderberries and purchased hundreds of cuttings. From there, the rest is history…which you can hear in this episode!
